About Flourish
Compassionate, personalized and evidence-informed retirement transition support for individuals and couples in Western New York.

What we believe
It’s about having something meaningful to live for. Retirement can be one of life’s most rewarding chapters, full of freedom, opportunity and new possibilities. It can also bring uncertainty, changes in identity, shifts in relationships, and the question: what’s next for me?
We help you explore the emotional, social, physical and practical sides of this transition so you can move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Why psychology?
Most retirement planning focuses on the money. Yet the questions that keep people up at night are often different: Who am I without my work? What will I do with my days? How will this change my marriage?
As retirement transition consultants supported by a licensed psychologist, we bring an evidence-informed understanding of identity, well-being, relationships and behavior to this life stage. We use a comprehensive interview and validated psychological measures so that your plan is built on a clear picture of you: your strengths, your values and what matters most.
Our work is organized around five pillars of retirement readiness and is available as a one-time consultation, the full Flourish Program, or retirement planning for couples. We’re proud to serve clients across Buffalo, Erie County and Niagara County.

How we work
Change can be exciting and unsettling at once. We make room for both.
No templates. An in-depth interview and validated measures shape everything we do together.
Our approach draws on psychological research about well-being, identity and life transitions.
